My compassionate, accepting and insightful nature will help to provide you with the essential space and tools that you need. I have been a licensed therapist for 11 years with over 13 years of experience as a school counselor. The population I work with has been widely diverse, serving those of various, ethnic, social and economic backgrounds. I have worked with young people from preschool to adulthood as well as with their families around anxiety and depression, which are often linked with family conflict, low self-esteem, low motivation in school, drug use, eating disorders and other mal-adpative behaviors. I believe that authenticity and attuning to one's needs are cruscial to healing. Working with this vast age span over several years, has provided me with a deeper understanding of youth and adult development and ways to connect with others through effective communication. I am known for my Client-Centered, easy-going, and whole-hearted approach and truly enjoy working with people of all ages and families. My realness and warmth are a natural part of who I am. I find that Laughter is key. I am grateful for having a diverse background.

I hold years of experience helping individuals and families overcome a wide range of mental health issues. I specialize in anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

We'll work to understand your internal experience in order to integrate the different parts of your struggle so that you can create a new story of healing and growth.
Individuals with ADHD are provided with a new space and understanding of their challenges. By embracing their needs and developing effective cognitive and dialectical-behavioral strategies as well as compassion for self and others, they will experience success at home, school, work and in their relationships.
Social and emotional skills are truly necessay in our life path. Through building self-awarness, practicing interpersonal communication skills as well as play therapy, youth build the skills and self-confidence to navigate their school experinces and relationships with others.
I offer teletherapy services for those who are unable to attend in-person sessions or prefer the convenience of virtual therapy. Our teletherapy sessions are conducted securely and confidentially.
